|a christmas present from dad - he knows his daughter!|
And then to my horror I realised something - I've never knitted, crocheted, or sewn something to do with Star Wars ... I can't believe this oversight! The problem was I initially learnt to crochet so I can crochet Pokemon and then I discovered everything else. I did have a trawl for patterns a long time back for Star Wars characters and found these amazing creations from Lucy Ravenscar - the same designer that I got the Totoro patterns from. I think the price is very reasonable considering you get so many patterns - but when I first found them I was a poor poor student! I guess I could buy them now but I did just have a MASSIVE spending spree preparing for Manchester Comic Con and so right now can't quite justify it.
However these patterns are back on my radar for future purchase. In the meantime I had best look for some Star Wars patterns/make my own to rectify this clearly gaping whole in my craft collection!
May the 4th Be With You - I'm off to watch The Phantom Menace, and then skip episodes 2 and 3 of course...
What's your favourite Star Wars film?
